Can I pick up my purchase or purchase from the Studio?

Yes to both! I love visitors, I often get a bit sick of my own company so the opportunity to have a yarn is always on the cards. Get in touch by either replying to your order confirmation email, or you can contact me via the “contact me” page and we can arrange a time that suits. If you’d like to book in a time to shop in the studio, please get in touch to book an appointment time.

Please note: We are able to do contactless pickups if you wish under the Covid-19 protection framework.

What payments do you take?

We take, Credit Card, Paypal and Afterpay payments on all online purchases. If you’re using Afterpay, please ensure you’re not using in-app browsers from Facebook, Instagram or TikTok as these don’t support Afterpay’s functionality.

Do you do commissions / bespoke designs?

Absolutely! I love bringing your ideas to life. I have space for around 20 commissions a year. So please get in touch and we can discuss your design.

Do you take lessons?

We’ll be launching lessons in the summer 23/24. For more information check out claydates_matakana via Instagram.

Do you do wholesale?

I certainly do! I have a bunch of beautiful stores that stock my pieces (see stockists), if you’d like to talk about wholesale opportunities, feel free to get in touch and we’ll go from there.

Do you attend markets?

Yes we do! Check our social pages for up to date information on which market we’ll be heading to next.
