Shipping destinations

We currently ship within New Zealand (tracked via NZ Post and Pass the Parcel depending on your location) and to Australia (untracked economy). For shipping enquiries outside of these regions please get in contact for a shipping quote.

Free Shipping / Local Delivery

We offer free shipping NZ wide with orders over $100. Please use code “OVER100” at the checkout. If you live in the surrounding areas of Matakana (Warkworth, Point Wells, Omaha and Snells Beach) we also offer free local delivery, please use the code “LOCAL” at checkout.

If you’d like to pick up from our Matakana Road studio, you’ll be able to select this function at the checkout, and I will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for collection.

Shipping timeframes

We pack and ship weekdays, within New Zealand this is usually an overnight to 3 day service depending on your location and the courier service booked.

If you need something urgently or would like to pick up from our studio, please email me via the contact page and we’ll arrange a suitable time to collect your purchase.

Packaging and Gift Wrapping

We use recycled/foraged and eco friendly/compostable packaging/newspaper for your order. And if you’re lucky you’ll be able to finish one of my Dad’s crosswords as well as receive a beautifully crafted piece of pottery!

Gift wrapping is available for a small cost. We use beautiful re-useable linen cloth, acid free tissue and for our New Zealand customers we adorn your gift with a small dried posy and gift card. Please email me via the contact page or reply to the order confirmation to personalise of your gift.
